Mangal Electrical Industries Limited (MEIL) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified power sector company with over five decades of experience. It manufactures power and distribution transformers up to 20 MVA, 33/11 kV, IDTs up to 17.6 MVA, and delivers EPC solutions for 220 kV and 400 kV substations, with expansion underway for 132 kV and 220 kV transformer manufacturing.
Role Purpose
The Executive – Sales & Marketing (Transformer) will be responsible for supporting sales operations, customer coordination, business development activities, and execution of sales orders to achieve assigned targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute sales and marketing activities for transformer products
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and coordination
Prepare quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial documents
Assist in tender participation , documentation, and submissions
Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams for order execution
Track order status, dispatch schedules, and collections
Conduct market research and identify potential customers
Support field visits, customer meetings, and product presentations
Maintain and update sales MIS, CRM data, and reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines
Skills & Competencies
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing
Willingness to travel and engage with customers
Analytical and result-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
Self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented
Qualifications & Experience
Education
BE / B.Tech (Electrical Engineering preferred)
MBA (Marketing) preferred
Experience
2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing , preferably in transformer or electrical industry
