Job Description Department: Director's Office Division: Corporate / All Businesses Designation: Executive Assistant Location: Jaipur About the Company Mangal Electrical Industries Limited (MEIL) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified power sector company with over five decades of experience. It manufactures power and distribution transformers up to 20 MVA, 33/11 kV, IDTs up to 17.6 MVA, and delivers EPC solutions for 220 kV and 400 kV substations, with expansion underway for 132 kV and 220 kV transformer manufacturing. Role Purpose The Executive Assistant to the Director will provide high-level strategic, administrative, and operational support to the Director. The role requires close coordination with senior leadership, handling confidential matters, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of priorities across all business functions. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic and administrative partner to the Director Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, travel plans, and engagements Coordinate with CXOs, business heads, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director Prepare and review presentations, reports, MIS, and board-level documents Track key action points, strategic initiatives, and deliverables across departments Support Director in business reviews, performance monitoring, and decision follow-ups Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity Assist in policy formulation, strategic planning, and special projects assigned by the Director Ensure timely communication and alignment between the Director’s office and business units Represent the Director’s office in internal coordination meetings when required
Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate operations Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism Strong analytical, coordination, and follow-up capabilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and presentation tools Self-driven, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset
Education: MBA / CA / Engineering with MBA preferred Experience: 8–15 years of relevant experience in executive support, strategy, or leadership office roles Prior experience working with MD / CEO / Promoters in a manufacturing or corporate environment preferred Why Join Us?
