Company career sites have long been a leading source of hire, and indexing jobs directly from employer sites is a proven, large-scale model. We focus on the official source so what you see is what employers actually published.
“Ghost jobs” — postings for roles that don't really exist — are a recognised problem; one major hiring platform (Greenhouse) classed roughly 18–22% of its 2024 postings as ghost jobs. Job-scam losses are rising too: the US FTC reports job & employment-agency scam losses jumped to about $501M between 2020 and 2024, and India has seen real cases — police in Visakhapatnam reported one gang taking ₹2.5 crore from 78 people. HireBeacon links only to official career pages and government recruiters, shows real deadlines, and will never ask you to pay to apply.

Beam only tells you things we can prove. Before it writes a word, we work out the facts: which of the job's skills are on your resume, which aren't, and which appear but aren't really demonstrated. The AI never sees the job description or your resume — only that computed summary. It can't invent a requirement the employer never listed, it won't suggest claiming a skill you don't have, and it talks in match tiers rather than a falsely precise percentage.
