# Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive who will take ownership of Talent Acquisition as the core responsibility, while also gaining exposure across the broader HR function.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment, and is eager to grow into a complete HR professional.
# Key Responsibilities
# Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Manage end-to-end recruitment (JD creation to onboarding)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks
Conduct screening and coordinate interviews with department heads
Build a strong hiring pipeline across departments
Ensure timely closure of open positions
# HR Operations (Secondary Role)
Maintain employee records and documentation
Assist in onboarding and induction processes
Support attendance, leave, and HRMS-related activities
Coordinate employee lifecycle processes
# Culture & Engagement
Support employee engagement initiatives
Help maintain discipline, communication, and workplace harmony
Assist in implementation of HR policies and practices
# MIS & Reporting
Maintain hiring trackers and HR dashboards
Track key metrics such as closures, joining ratio, and timelines
Provide regular updates to management

# Desired Candidate Profile
1–4 years of experience in HR (Recruitment preferred)
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and people management
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals
