Role Overview This role is designed to provide a holistic exposure to the wellness product ecosystem, combining: Scientific understanding Ayurvedic principles Real-world product and market perspective The objective is to help individuals understand how knowledge systems translate into products that are effective, relevant, and successfully positioned in the market. Key Exposure Areas 1. Product & Formulation Understanding Basics of nutraceutical and herbal product development Introduction to Ayurvedic concepts and ingredient relevance Understanding raw materials and functional applications 2. Manufacturing & Quality Systems Overview of manufacturing workflow Exposure to quality control and compliance Understanding regulatory and documentation basics 3. Product Development Lifecycle How products move from concept to commercialization Alignment between formulation, Ayurvedic positioning, and market relevance Understanding product-market fit 4. Market & Business Perspective Basics of wellness product positioning Understanding consumer relevance Exposure to how Ayurveda-led products are presented and scaled in modern markets Introduction to B2B contract manufacturing ecosystem Who This Role Is For This role is best suited for individuals who: Have a background in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Pharma, or related fields Are open to understanding Ayurveda as a knowledge system alongside modern science Are curious about how products function beyond the laboratory Are interested in the intersection of science, Ayurveda, product, and market Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
