Role Overview The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products meet defined quality specifications. This role demands hands-on experience in laboratory operations, strong familiarity with QC instruments, and strict adherence to documentation and compliance protocols. Key Responsibilities 1. Testing & Analysis Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods Ensure all parameters meet defined specifications Follow proper sampling and testing protocols 2. Laboratory Operations & Instrument Handling (CRITICAL) Operate and maintain QC instruments and laboratory equipment Ensure proper calibration and usage of instruments Maintain cleanliness and discipline in lab environment 3. Stability Studies Manage and monitor stability chambers Record, track, and analyze stability data Maintain logs and environmental conditions 4. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and complete QC records Ensure compliance with GMP, AYUSH, and FSSAI standards Follow SOPs strictly Required Skills & Knowledge (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Hands-on experience in QC laboratory setup is mandatory Practical understanding of instruments used in QC (mandatory) Familiarity with stability chambers and testing procedures Strong knowledge of documentation and GMP practices Attention to detail and discipline in execution Preferred Exposure Experience in Ayurveda / Herbal / Nutraceutical manufacturing Understanding of herbal raw materials and formulations Educational Qualification B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology) B.Pharm / M.Pharm Experience 1–3 years of relevant QC experience (preferred) Freshers will be considered only if they have strong practical exposure Candidates without hands-on QC experience will not be considered.
