Oversee and manage security operations across all areas of the hotel, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and assets

Monitor CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to identify and respond to potential security threats or suspicious activities

Conduct regular security patrols throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities

Manage access control systems and verify credentials of staff, contractors, and visitors entering the premises

Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns, documenting all occurrences in detailed incident reports

Supervise and coordinate with security team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when required, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures in accordance with Fairmont standards and company policies

Conduct security risk assessments and recommend improvements to enhance overall property security

Maintain security equipment and systems, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance requirements to management

**Required Qualifications:**

Minimum 5 years of professional security management experience in a hospitality or luxury hotel environment

Valid security licence/certification as required by local regulations and Indian security standards

Proven experience in CCTV monitoring systems and access control technologies

Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and supervise security personnel

Proficiency in incident documentation and report writing

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
