We’re looking for a proactive Accounts Executive to lead and streamline our financial operations. This role will be central to ensuring accounting accuracy, statutory compliance, and robust financial planning. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to enable data-driven decisions and maintain financial discipline while supporting our growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations ·Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timely posting of transactions. ·Handle vendor and customer invoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliations. ·Assist in month-end and year-end closings, including bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations. ·Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions to support audits and compliance. ·Assist in payroll accounting, expense tracking, and reimbursements. Taxation & Compliance ·Prepare workings and coordinate with consultants for GST returns, TDS computation, and filing of statutory returns. · Support in preparation of schedules and documentation for statutory, internal, and tax audits. ·Maintain audit-ready records and ensure timely responses to auditor or consultant queries. Financial Support & Coordination ·Assist the Senior Finance Manager with financial reporting, budgeting support, and MIS preparation. ·Monitor payables/receivables ageing, track vendor payments, and highlight exceptions or delays. ·Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth financial operations. Skill Requirements ·Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance). ·3–6 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and basic compliance. ·Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles under Indian GAAP. ·Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks or ERP systems preferred. ·High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently. ·Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional and external teams.
