1. General Job Information: Job title : Executive – HR & Admin Company / Unit : Rama Phosphates Limited Department : Human Resource Location : Udaipur 2. Position in the organization: Reports to : Plant HR Direct reports : Group General Manager – HR & Admin 3. Objective of Job: To lead and manage all HR functions at the plant by ensuring compliance, fostering employee engagement, driving HR initiatives, and supporting business goals through effective manpower planning, employee relations, and performance management. 4. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Staffing · Manage and coordinate for end-to-end recruitment for plant positions (staff & workmen). · Ensure timely manpower availability as per production and expansion needs. · Coordinate with internal teams for candidate sourcing. Employee Relations & Grievance Management · Build a harmonious and productive work environment at the plant. · Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. · Maintain cordial relations with unions (if applicable) and participate in negotiations. · Ensure compliance with IR practices and labor laws. Statutory Compliance · Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory requirements such as Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour Act, etc. · Oversee statutory documentation, inspections, and audits. · Manage contractor compliance and verify contractor workforce records. Training & Development · Conduct training needs analysis for plant staff and workmen. · Plan and execute training programs on safety, skill development, and behavioural aspects. · Maintain training calendars, attendance, and effectiveness metrics. Employee Engagement & Welfare · Design and implement engagement initiatives to build employee morale and retention. · Oversee welfare activities, canteen, transport, and other plant-level facilities. · Drive communication platforms for employees and ensure high engagement scores. HR Operations · Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and overtime management. · Coordinate with the payroll team for accurate and timely salary processing. · Manage plant HR MIS and submit regular HR reports to management. Health, Safety & Compliance Support · Collaborate with EHS team to ensure compliance with safety norms. · Conduct safety awareness programs and support accident investigations. Leadership & People Management · Mentor and guide the plant team. · Drive a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement. 5. Educational Qualification: · MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent. 6. Experience: · 4 to 6 years of HR experience, preferable in Manufacturing Industry. 7. Skills & Competencies: · Excellent communication & interpersonal skills · Strong leadership and team management · Problem-solving and conflict resolution · Hands-on approach and ability to work in a dynamic plant environment · Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office 8.
