Firm Business Services Associate Director (Analytics and Insights) - EOX - Transformation and Optimization - Hyderabad

This incumbent owns Enterprise Operations Xcellence Transformation and Optimization (ETO) team’s enterprise data and analytics agenda, looking at data holistically to advise leadership across EOX teams on a cross-functional basis. The role sets direction for analytics strategy, resolves competing priorities across initiatives, and ensures consistent governance and delivery discipline. The incumbent is expected to stay hands-on and personally lead execution on select high-priority or high-complexity work, setting the standard for the team by example.

This role operates with significant autonomy, partners with senior stakeholders to shape enterprise-wide data, technology, and talent decisions, and is directly accountable for the performance and development of the team.

Work you'll do

As a Firm Business Services Associate Director, Analytics and Insights on the Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) team, you will be responsible for:

Lead select high-priority and high-complexity analytics initiatives through direct execution

Own outcomes across the EOX data and analytics agenda, using cross-functional data to identify opportunities to improve investment decisions, productivity, and cost management

Manage dependencies across analytics initiatives and pods, resolving conflicts and trade-offs to maintain delivery progress

Partner with senior leaders to shape decisions on data strategy, data design, analytics tooling, and governance across EOX teams

Lead team performance, coaching, and capability development, including oversight of managers

Define and oversee reporting cadences, decision forums, key performance indicators, and value measurement frameworks for executive reporting

The team

Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) focuses on improving operational effectiveness, driving transformation execution, and enabling scalable, consistent, and high-quality outcomes across the organization. The team works across process areas to strengthen governance, improve delivery discipline, and embed more efficient ways of working, including AI-enabled support for reporting, risk visibility, action management, communications, training, and adoption.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Required:

Master’s degree in Business, Data and Analytics, Statistics, Operations, Technology, or a related field

20+ years of experience in data and analytics, strategy, enterprise operations, or program leadership

Experience managing managers and leading cross-geography teams

Experience leading portfolios of analytics initiatives across multiple workstreams

Experience shaping enterprise data strategy, data design, analytics tooling, and governance

Experience defining key performance indicators, value frameworks, and tracking return on investment and benefits realization

Experience presenting to senior and executive stakeholders to support enterprise decision-making

Preferred:

Experience in professional services, enterprise shared services, or large-scale transformation environments
