As we continue to scale, building a robust, transparent, and business-aligned Compensation & Benefits framework is critical to attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. Role objective We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Compensation & Benefits leader to build and institutionalize a scalable Total Rewards function aligned with greytHR’s growth priorities. This role will drive compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, job architecture, variable pay design, benefits competitiveness, compensation governance, and manager enablement across the organization. The role requires strong partnership with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure compensation practices are competitive, data-driven, equitable, and scalable. Key responsibilities Define and drive greytHR’s Total Rewards and Compensation philosophy Lead compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and pay governance Build and manage job architecture, leveling, and salary bands Drive annual compensation review cycles including merit, promotions, and bonuses Design and manage sales compensation and variable pay frameworks Benchmark and enhance employee benefits competitiveness Support ESOP and equity program governance Build compensation analytics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities Enable managers with tools and frameworks for compensation conversations Ensure compliance with compensation-related statutory requirements Success metrics Improved offer competitiveness and reduced compensation-related attrition Structured salary bands and compensation governance framework implementation Improved manager effectiveness in compensation discussions Enhanced benefits competitiveness and employee value perception Better alignment between compensation practices and business priorities Improved compensation analytics and decision-making capability
MBA / Postgraduate in HR or related field preferred Experience 8 -10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards Experience in high-growth SaaS, technology, or product organizations preferred Strong exposure to compensation benchmarking, salary structures, variable pay, and rewards governance Experience partnering with senior leadership and Finance teams Exposure to sales compensation and ESOP management preferred
