As the Identity Assistant Manager – Active Directory , you will play a pivotal role in protecting our enterprise identity infrastructure while enabling secure access to systems and applications across the organization. Your expertise will ensure our Active Directory environment remains resilient, scalable, and aligned with modern cybersecurity principles, empowering our teams to work securely and efficiently. Manage the design, administration, and optimization of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policies, and identity services to ensure security, scalability, and high availability. Strengthen identity security by implementing governance, privileged access management, MFA, Conditional Access, PKI, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. Lead Active Directory upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring audit and compliance requirements are met. Collaborate with global IT teams, application owners, security teams, and external partners to deliver reliable identity services and resolve complex technical issues. About You Progressive experience managing enterprise Active Directory environments, including supporting Microsoft Entra ID. Strong expertise in Active Directory architecture, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, ADFS, Identity Governance, Zero Trust, and Identity & Access Management principles. Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, privileged access management, PKI, MFA, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity environments; Microsoft or security certifications are advantageous. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, multi-vendor environment.
