As Financial Controller – Europe , you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, strengthening governance, and supporting strategic decision-making across our European business. Your expertise will help safeguard our financial performance while enabling the business to invest confidently in innovation, operational excellence, and long-term growth. Performance You will lead financial control activities across European entities, ensuring accurate Balance Sheet and P&L reporting, timely month-end close, and insightful analysis of overheads and cash flow. By driving continuous process improvements and delivering high-quality financial information, you will support business leaders in making informed decisions while enhancing operational efficiency and financial performance. Care You will ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory regulations, and internal governance standards, protecting the integrity of our financial operations. Working closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Treasury, Tax, Commercial Finance, and Group Finance, you will foster transparency, accountability, and collaboration while maintaining the highest standards of financial control and risk management. Lead Balance Sheet & P&L reporting and own the month-end close process for European entities. Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory reporting, tax regulations, and internal controls. Partner with cross-functional teams including Commercial Finance, Supply Chain, Treasury, Tax, and Group Finance to provide financial insights. Drive Record-to-Report (R2R) process improvements and strengthen financial reporting efficiency. About You Potential experience in Financial Controlling, Record-to-Report (R2R), or Financial Accounting within a multinational organization. Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, external audits, and financial governance. Experience with SAP S/4HANA (BlackLine preferred); professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA is an advantage. Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
