As a Senior Tax Analyst (VAT) , you will help ensure our indirect tax obligations are met accurately and on time across multiple jurisdictions. Your expertise will strengthen compliance, reduce tax risk, and support efficient financial operations, enabling our business to grow responsibly while maintaining the highest standards of governance. Performance You will drive accurate VAT reporting, reconciliations, and month-end accounting activities that support sound financial decision-making. Working closely with Finance, Tax, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams, you will foster collaboration and ensure our indirect tax processes remain reliable, transparent, and audit-ready. Prepare and support VAT and Intrastat returns across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with local VAT regulations and internal controls. Perform VAT accounting activities, including month-end reclassification and adjustment journal entries, while reconciling VAT balance sheet accounts and resolving discrepancies. Drive process improvements by enhancing VAT reporting and supporting automation and digitalization initiatives using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Support VAT audits and tax authority inquiries, maintain accurate tax documentation, and collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Local Finance, and Tax teams to ensure VAT accuracy and compliance. About You Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Taxation, or a related field with 4+ years of experience in VAT, indirect tax, or tax accounting within a multinational or Shared Services environment. Strong knowledge of VAT compliance, indirect tax regulations, financial accounting, reconciliations, and hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve tax-related issues effectively. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across global Finance, Tax, and business teams while supporting audits and ensuring compliance.
