TRAINEE SALES PART TIME

Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Assist customers in finding products and provide information about promotions or discounts. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints. Order Processing: Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Input orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system. Verify the accuracy of orders before handing them to customers. Product Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the products offered in the store. Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits. Stay updated on new products and promotions. Merchandising and Stocking: Maintain a clean and organized counter area. Restock products on the counter as needed. Monitor and manage product expiration dates. Upselling and Cross-selling: Suggest additional items or upsell promotions to increase sales. Encourage customers to try new products or promotions. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members and departments. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management. Top of Form Requirements * Minimum 18 years age * Willing to work on Sundays & Public Holidays * Willing to work daily 5 hours between 5 pm to 11:00 pm
