Purchase Engineer

Required Experience

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the Solar and EPC industry

Practical exposure in procurement and vendor coordination activities

Required Skills & Expertise

The candidate should possess:

Basic technical and commercial understanding related to solar/EPC procurement

Working knowledge of ERP systems for procurement processes

Good command over MS Excel and reporting formats

Understanding of Procurement SOPs, documentation processes, and approval workflows

Knowledge of purchase terms & conditions, commercial negotiations, and vendor handling

Experience in preparing and processing:

RFQs

Comparative statements

Purchase Orders

Vendor follow-ups and coordination

Good communication skills for professional email and telephonic coordination
