Procurement Executive / Engineer

Understand BOM and sales order requirements for accurate procurement planning

Execute material planning and purchasing based on project priorities

Develop and manage vendor network for electrical components

Handle vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and lead time reduction

Ensure timely availability of materials for production schedules

Maintain optimum stock levels and avoid shortages/excess

Manage urgent/critical procurement situations effectively

Handle rejected/faulty material returns and replacements

Coordinate with Sales, Design, Stores, and Production teams

Monitor order priority and delivery timelines

⚡ Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of HT/LT Panels, VCB, CSS systems

Good understanding of electrical components (breakers, relays, CT/PT, busbars, cables, etc.)

Excellent negotiation & communication skills

Strong planning, follow-up, and problem-solving ability

Ability to manage pressure situations & urgent deliveries

Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
