Work you'll do
As a Services Associate II on the ISU Preboarding team, you will be responsible for:
Support end-to-end preboarding activities for new hires, internal transfers, and other onboarding-related cases
Process and update employee or candidate transactions in human resources systems, including SuccessFactors and related tools
Validate preboarding data and perform reconciliations across systems, reports, and trackers to maintain data accuracy
Review onboarding documentation, follow up on missing or inconsistent information, and monitor open cases for timely completion
Coordinate with recruiters, Talent teams, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders to resolve preboarding-related queries
Maintain trackers, status updates, and operational reports; support process documentation updates; and escalate exceptions, delays, and risks as needed
The team
The Employee Life-Cycle Events (ELE) team supports US and USI Talent and professionals across a variety of core activities. The team manages end-to-end lifecycle support processes and adheres to established standards for quality, service, and delivery, including timely reporting, data quality corrections, and workflow management. In this role, the ISU Preboarding team supports onboarding readiness through accurate processing, stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, and timely case progression.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 6:00PM to 3:00AM
Qualifications
Required:
1-3 years of experience in human resources operations, onboarding, preboarding, or employee lifecycle support
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources, or bachelor's degree with experience in Talent or human resources operations
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience processing employee or candidate transactions in human resources systems
Experience reviewing onboarding documentation and validating data across systems, reports, or trackers
Experience maintaining operational trackers, status updates, or reports
Experience handling confidential employee or candidate information
Preferred:
Experience using SAP Human Resources (HR), Human Capital Management (HCM), SuccessFactors, or similar human resources systems
Experience in a human resources shared services environment or multinational organization
Experience supporting onboarding, preboarding, case management, documentation review, or workflow operations
Experience supporting quality checks, process controls, or operational reporting
