Job Title: Store Keeper Location: Vesu, Surat Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Industry: Restaurant Experience: Minimum 3+ Years Overall | Minimum 1+ Year of Relevant Experience in Store, Inventory, or Warehouse Operations Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM About the Organisation: It is a well-established restaurant chain operating approximately 13 outlets across Gujarat, with 6 outlets in Surat and the remaining outlets across Ahmedabad and Baroda. The finance and accounts team consists of 7–8 professionals supporting the organization's day-to-day accounting operations. About the Role: We are hiring a Store Keeper to manage inventory, warehouse operations, stock control, and material handling for a leading multi-outlet restaurant chain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations. Maintain inventory records and stock movement. Ensure FIFO compliance and proper inventory control. Handle stock issuance, material requisitions, and replenishment. Conduct physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation. Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages and overstocking. Identify expired and slow-moving inventory. Prepare inventory and stock reports. Coordinate with procurement and internal departments. Support vendor coordination whenever required. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of overall professional experience. Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in Store Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Stock Control. Hands-on experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, FIFO, and other inventory control standards. Good understanding of day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
