Job Title: Purchase Head Location: Vesu, Surat Salary: Up to ₹70,000/month Industry: Restaurant | Hospitality | Food & Beverage Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Experience: Minimum 5+ Years Overall | Minimum 2+ Years as a Purchase Manager, Procurement Manager, Purchase Head, or Similar Role About the Organisation: Our organisation is a well-established restaurant chain operating approximately 13 outlets across Gujarat, with 6 outlets in Surat and the remaining outlets across Ahmedabad and Baroda. The organization operates a centralized warehouse that manages daily operational supplies, including utensils, packaging materials, boxes, mixers, and other materials required across all restaurant locations. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Purchase Head to lead the organization's procurement function. The role involves Purchase Planning, Procurement, Vendor Management, Commercial Negotiation, Purchase Reporting, Procurement Analytics, and Inventory Coordination to ensure timely procurement and cost-effective purchasing across multiple outlets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall purchase and procurement function. Plan and execute procurement activities based on business requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and purchase agreements to achieve the best value. Review and monitor purchase reports and procurement performance. Analyze historical purchase data, buying trends, and procurement patterns. Generate insights and recommendations to support management in procurement decisions and cost optimization. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted material availability. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 5+ years of overall professional experience. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Purchase Manager, Procurement Manager, Purchase Head, or in a similar role. Proven experience in purchase planning, procurement, vendor management, and commercial negotiations. Strong analytical ability to interpret purchase reports and procurement data. Experience managing procurement for multi-location operations, centralized warehouses, or high-volume purchasing environments will be an added advantage.
