US Accounts Executive Location: Althan, Surat Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹36,000 per month Experience: 1–2 Years in outsourcing Accounting Work Mode: Hybrid Working Hours 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Hybrid work flexibility may be available based on work requirements (partly from office and partly from home) Job Overview We are looking for a Bookkeeping Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the accounting outsourcing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on bookkeeping experience and be comfortable working with international clients. Candidates with experience in US Accounting will be preferred; however, experience in UK, UAE, Singapore, or other offshore accounting processes will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities. Record financial transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts. Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain financial records. Process sales, purchase, and expense entries. Assist in month-end bookkeeping activities. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and overseas clients when required. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in an Accounting Outsourcing/KPO firm. Hands-on experience in bookkeeping. Experience with US Accounting is preferred. Candidates with UK, UAE, Singapore, or similar international accounting exposure are also encouraged to apply. Good English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
