Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages and specialty coffees to the highest standards

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and serving areas in accordance with hotel standards

Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment

Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a professional and courteous manner

Prepare hot and cold beverages including tea, hot chocolate, and other speciality drink

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a hospitality or café

Proficiency in preparing espresso-based beverages and specialty coffees

Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavour profiles

Demonstrated expertise in operating and maintaining espresso machines and grinders

Excellent customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanour

Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality presentation
