Finance Transformation – Treasury operate

Join Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice to help teams shape and execute Treasury operations agendas for our clients. You will work alongside talented professionals, supporting client engagements through challenges such as technology advancement, regulatory changes, and evolving business needs. Your work will span operational to strategic and process-focused initiatives as we drive process execution to transformation into treasury functions.

Position Summary

Treasury Operations – Senior Consultant

As a consultant , you will play a key role in enabling accurate and efficient treasury management for Deloitte clients. The role involves collaborating across departments to support core activities, including cash management, FX transactions, and treasury reporting.

Work You Will Do

Apply treasury manage ment principles, policies, and technology to ensure accuracy in cash management , forecasting, payment initiation, and operational efficiency.

Manage daily and periodic treasury tasks: cash positioning, forecasting, reconciliations, FX transactions, netting activities, and intercompany loans.

Support month-end and year-end reporting, bank fee reviews, variance analysis, signatory management, journal entries, and management reports.

Prepare covenant compliance reports and contribute materials for management and board presentations.

Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document treasury processes to promote best practices and consistency.

Assist in bank relationship management, onboarding processes, signatory updates, and inquiry resolution with client teams.

Identify and participate in automation and process improvement opportunities for cash management, payments, FX, and reporting activities.

Mentor and supervise team member s while leading and managing smaller workstreams independently .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful treasury and finance operations.

Support the implementation, testing, and enhancement of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and related digital tools as per client’s requirement .

4 – 8 years of post-qualification experience in Treasury Operations within multinational corporations or consulting.

Experience with treasury management systems (such as Kyriba or SAP) and bank portals.

Exposure to process improvement projects and a s trong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and quality focus.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; proactive and client-centric .

Ability to work independently and in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.

Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s in Finance /MBA (preferred).

Location : Hyderabad

Shift/Work Timings

The role requires flexibility to work in various shift timings, including night shifts, as per business needs.

You will be expected to work from the office five days a week.
