The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing end-user technical support, maintaining IT assets, troubleshooting laptop, desktop, network, and Wi-Fi issues, and ensuring uninterrupted IT services across all college locations. The role involves coordinating with ISP/ILL vendors, resolving hardware and software problems, maintaining asset records, and supporting day-to-day IT operations to ensure a smooth and efficient technology environment. Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues. Manage and resolve Wi-Fi, LAN, internet, ISP, and ILL connectivity issues. Maintain and track IT assets, including inventory, allocation, and documentation. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and maintenance. Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and business applications. Ensure smooth IT operations across all college locations through remote and on-site support. Maintain service records, asset databases, and support documentation. Assist users with IT-related queries and provide timely issue resolution.
