What You’ll Do Contribute to real marketing projects by improving franchisee online presence, making updates, and supporting campaigns so they perform better Support initiatives across SEO, social, paid ads, and content with detail and consistency Research marketing trends, test ideas, and apply learnings to live projects Assist with reporting, dashboards, and quality checks Learn directly from senior marketers while being accountable for your own deliverables What We Value Most ❤️ Integrity and honesty in everything you do Work ethic and discipline to finish tasks on time, even when remote Curiosity to keep researching, testing, and asking why Clear, respectful, and professional communication with teammates Bonus Points If You Have Experience in any of SEO, social media, paid ads, content, or analytics Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Compensation INR 500,000 to INR 700,000 annually, based on skills and experience.
