HR Recruiter

Job Title : HR Recruiter Department : Human Resources Location : Pune Weekly off will be Thursday only. Preferred experience: Candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry only. Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing function. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing candidate experience, and ensuring timely closures while partnering with hiring managers to attract quality talent. Key Responsibilities  Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.  Understand job requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and preparing sourcing strategies.  Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and social media platforms.  Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.  Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interview panels.  Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.  Negotiate salary within approved budgets and manage offer roll-out.  Coordinate pre-joining engagement and ensure smooth onboarding.  Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.  Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.  Track recruitment KPIs such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and cost per hire.  Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation.  Participate in employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, job fairs, and recruitment drives.  Support recruitment process improvement and automation initiatives. Required Qualifications  MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.  Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
