Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered applications using advanced LLM technologies to solve complex business problems.

Design and develop AI/LLM-based applications and solutions

Work on LLM integration, fine-tuning, and deployment

Build scalable and high-performance AI systems

Develop and maintain data pipelines for AI model training and inference

Implement Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Optimize model latency, performance, and resource utilization

Develop evaluation frameworks for AI model performance and output quality

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and delivery

Mentor junior team members and contribute to AI best practices

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of software development experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML technologies

Strong experience with Transformer-based models and LLM APIs

Proficiency in Python

Hands-on experience with:

PyTorch

TensorFlow

Hugging Face

Experience with Vector Databases and Semantic Search

Strong knowledge of:

Prompt Engineering

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Fine-tuning Techniques

Familiarity with Cloud Platforms:

AWS

Azure

GCP

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
