We are looking for a Senior QA Support Engineer with strong experience in OpenWiFi/OpenWrt , enterprise Wi-Fi validation, and networking technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in enterprise wireless testing, networking protocols, Linux debugging, and test automation using Python or Shell scripting. The role involves validating enterprise Wi-Fi firmware, performing interoperability and performance testing, troubleshooting complex networking issues, and collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality product releases.

Lead validation activities for enterprise Wi-Fi firmware releases.

Validate enterprise wireless features including:

WPA2/WPA3 Enterprise

Captive Portal

VLAN Segmentation

Multi-SSID

RADIUS/AAA

Mesh/EasyMesh

Enterprise Roaming

QoS and Traffic Shaping

Perform end-to-end Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking validation.

Conduct functional, regression, interoperability, stress, scalability, and performance testing.

Analyze networking and wireless issues using packet captures and system logs.

Perform debugging using Wireshark, tcpdump, and Linux tools.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting.

Work closely with development teams for issue reproduction, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.

Mentor junior QA engineers and support release validation activities.

Participate in customer certification and enterprise release testing.
