Job Title: HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition Start Date: 4-November-2026 Job Location: Bangalore Job Location (country): Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong exposure to the Engineering & Construction / Engineering Consultancy industry. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment of technical and engineering professionals across multiple disciplines and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower and technical requirements. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, referrals, and professional networks. Recruit across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, BIM, MEP, Infrastructure, Water & Environment, and Power & Renewable disciplines. Coordinate technical, online, F2F, and tool-based interviews and ensure timely closure of positions. Manage recruitment agencies, candidate pipelines, offers, joining follow-ups, and recruitment MIS. Support GCC/Middle East recruitment and build a strong technical talent pool. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resource, Public Administration or equivalent 8+ years of experience in a Human Resources function Master’s Degree is preferred Strong team working skills Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage Experience in Engineering Consultancy, EPC, Construction & Infrastructure, MEP, BIM/Digital Engineering, Architecture & Design, Power & Renewable, or Water & Key Skills: Technical Recruitment | Talent Acquisition | Engineering Hiring | Sourcing | LinkedIn Recruiter | Stakeholder Management | Vendor Management | Offer Management | GCC Recruitment.
