Job Title: Senior Engineer - Mechanical Engineering Start Date: 2-November-2026 Job Location: Bangalore Job Location (country): India Job Summary Senior HVAC Design Engineer with strong expertise in the design of HVAC systems for large-scale commercial, residential, healthcare, retail, and high-rise developments. The ideal candidate will have HVAC design experience, preferably on Gulf / UAE projects, and will be responsible for leading HVAC design activities from concept through detailed design while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of HVAC systems from concept, schematic, and detailed design stages through to construction documentation. Perform HVAC load calculations, system selection, sizing, and equipment selection using industry-standard tools. Ensure compliance with international engineering standards, codes of practice, and UAE authorities’ guidelines (e.g., DM, DCD, Estidama, ASHRAE, CIBSE). Coordinate and manage the efforts of the assigned HVAC design team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of design deliverables. Review and approve HVAC drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports. Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP, and BIM360 for design development and clash coordination. Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and coordination workshops. Ensure project discipline scope is delivered within budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Provide technical support during authority submissions, tender stage, and construction phase as required. Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers within the HVAC team.
