The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment of technical and engineering professionals across multiple disciplines and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower and technical requirements. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, referrals, and professional networks . Recruit across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, BIM, MEP, Infrastructure, Water & Environment, and Power & Renewable disciplines. Coordinate technical, online, F2F, and tool-based interviews and ensure timely closure of positions. Manage recruitment agencies, candidate pipelines, offers, joining follow-ups, and recruitment MIS. Support GCC/Middle East recruitment and build a strong technical talent pool. Experience, Skills & Qualifications Required to Execute this Role 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment. Prior experience in Engineering Consultancy, EPC, Construction & Infrastructure, MEP, BIM/Digital Engineering, Architecture & Design, Power & Renewable, or Water & Environmental Engineering. Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience recruiting technical and engineering professionals across multiple disciplines. Exposure to GCC/Middle East recruitment will be an added advantage. Apply now
