Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day bookkeeping activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP , SAP , ERP systems , or similar accounting software and possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny. Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and monthly closing activities. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor cash flow and vendor/customer account balances. Handle end-to-end statutory compliance activities. Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance. Manage TDS deductions, payments, reconciliations, and return filing. Coordinate for income tax-related documentation and audits. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations. Audit & Reporting Support internal and statutory audits. Prepare MIS reports and management reports. Maintain documentation required for audits and compliance reviews. Assist in budget tracking and variance analysis. ERP & System Management Record and manage transactions in Tally ERP, SAP, or other ERP software. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within accounting systems. Generate reports and dashboards from ERP systems as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent. 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes. Experience with Tally ERP , SAP , or any ERP/accounting software. Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Required Skills End-to-end accounting and compliance management. Accounts payable and receivable management.
