Senior Executive - Legal and Compliance

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), including contract drafting, review, redlining, negotiation support, execution and contract repository management. Exposure to commercial agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, vendor and service agreements & Lease Agreements. Experience supporting legal compliance activities, regulatory research, policy reviews and risk assessments. Good understanding of contract risk identification and legal issue spotting. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Exposure working with CLM tools and document management systems Requirements LLB/LLM qualification. Bangalore Location Experience supporting in-house legal teams or legal operations functions.
