Job Description - Site Supevisor About the role: Location: Coorg & Hyderabad Full-time (no WFH), 6 days per week, day shift CTC:Based on experience and knowledge Desired applicant profile: ▪ Qualification: Diploma or Graduate (Civil) (full-time only) ▪ Site supervisor internship or experience is necessary ▪ Good oral and written English communication skills ▪ Willingness and capacity to learn and grow in a young organization ▪ Knowledge, Exposure to MS office & CAD will be helpful. ▪ High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces ▪ Should be ready to commute or stay in the project location assigned by the company. Responsibilities: ▪ Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising construction workers, technicians, and contractors. ▪ To ensure the project is implemented as per the schedule and within budget. ▪ Overseeing all project stages from preliminary level to final handing over. ▪ Organizing construction materials in time. ▪ Manpower reporting of all the contract labour at the project site to the Project Manager. ▪ Ensures the Stores in Charge maintains the stock inventory ▪ To forward the bills on the work completed as per the billing cycle. ▪ Responsible for the general safety of the employees/workers at the project site ▪ Reporting project progress updates to senior managers and Project Manager.
