Shift Engineer (Mechanical) Position: Shift Engineer - Mechanical Location: Boudh, Odisha Openings: 3 Positions Qualifications B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 5-8 years of relevant industry experience Preferred Industry Background Grain-based distilleries Alcohol/Ethanol production Biofuel plants Power plants Water treatment plants/ETPs Key Responsibilities Execute and oversee mechanical projects in distillery and biofuel operations Manage maintenance activities for grain distilleries, power plants, and utility systems Handle fabrication and erection of piping systems and structures Plan and implement daily and preventive maintenance schedules Ensure smooth operation of water treatment plants and ETPs Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless plant operations Requirements Required Competencies Strong experience in project execution and maintenance of grain distilleries Proficiency in biofuel plant operations and power plant systems Expertise in utility systems management Knowledge of fabrication, piping, and structural work Ability to work in shift patterns and manage emergency situations
