AVP/VP – Compliance Raipur, Chhattisgarh | 20+ yrs | ₹30 LPA | LLB/LLM (CS preferred) Lead Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs for the group, reporting to the MD/CEO. What you’ll do Set the group’s compliance strategy and governance framework Lead apex-level engagement with state and central regulators for clearances and expansion approvals Oversee corporate governance, overseas entities, contracts and litigation strategy Own legal and regulatory risk reporting to the MD and Board Build the compliance and legal teams and own the budget What we need 20+ yrs in legal and regulatory compliance, with 7–8+ yrs in senior leadership in large manufacturing Strong network with senior government officials and regulators Board-level communication skills
