What you’ll do Own the compliance framework, SOPs and controls across all units Drive environmental clearances and senior-level government liaisoning for operations and expansion Oversee land, boiler, utilities and industrial safety approvals Manage litigation, contracts, insurance and the legal risk register Lead the compliance team and budget What we need 15–20+ yrs in compliance in manufacturing, with 5+ yrs leading a team Proven record of securing approvals for operations and expansion projects Deep knowledge of factory, environmental, land, labour and corporate laws
