035460 Global FP&A Process Improvement & Automation Lead (Open)

Job Description:

Identify and prioritize FP&A process improvement and automation opportunities

Develop and implement automation and AI solutions

Improve forecasting, reporting, variance analysis and other recurring FP&A processes

Develop scalable solutions that can be used across FP&A teams

Support and coach FP&A colleagues in using automation and AI tools

Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the FP&A community

Partner with Finance, IT and Data teams where required

Track improvement initiatives and their business impact

Candidate Profile

8+ years of experience

Strong understanding of FP&A processes including the development and analysis of financial reports and budgets

Experience in process improvement, automation or analytics

Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Excel, SQL or Python

Strong interest and practical experience in generative AI and AI-enabled workflows

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities

Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and regions
