Job Requisition #:

035488 FP&A Analyst – Forecasting & Budgeting (Open)

Job Description:

Support the quarterly Forecast and annual Budget processes

Consolidate and analyze submissions from SBUs and functions

Prepare financial analysis and management reporting

Support scenario modeling and planning tool development

Identify key risks, opportunities and performance drivers

Drive simplification, automation and use of AI in recurring FP&A activities

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree typically required in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus)

At least 7–8 years of relevant FP&A / financial analysis experience

Knowledge and Skills

Good understanding of forecasting, budgeting and P&L drivers

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

Experience with planning and reporting systems (familiarity with Oracle EPM Planning is a plus)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Process improvement and automation mindset

Self-starter who can work efficiently and independently

Strong ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
