Your Profile

Assisting in sponsorship proposal preparation (research, content, formatting)

Collating event and partnership data for pitches and reports

Maintaining partnership trackers across live events

Coordinating sponsor deliverables with internal teams and brand partners

Supporting day-to-day partnerships operations and ad-hoc requirements

Your Checklist

Pursuing/recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field

Interest in live events, entertainment, or sports/music industry a strong plus

Strong with Excel/spreadsheets and attention to detail

Good written communication skills for proposal and presentation content

Ability to multitask and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, often under event timelines
