What You Will Own:
- Collaborate with hirin g managers to define job requi rements and candidate profiles .
- Source potential candi dates through a variety of cha nnels (LinkedIn,job boards, social media,referrals,etc.)
- Screen resumes and con ducts initial phone/video inte rviews.
- Manage the full recrui tment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboa rding support.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the HRIS syste m to support global access.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and futur e technical roles.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
- Monitor recruiting met rics to optimize hiring effici ency
- Stay up to date on ind ustry trends and best practice s in technical and non- technical recruiting.
- Collaborate with cross -functional teams
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 frame works
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in h uman resources, IT, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experi ence in technical recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or tec h-focused environment.
- Proven experience hiri ng for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, De vOps, QA, QC and other IT posi tions.
- Proficiency with sourc ing tools and techniques ( Boolean search, LinkedIn Recru iter, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizatio nal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS p latforms.
- Ability to manage mult iple priorities and work indep endently
Work Environment & Expectations :
- Noida based
- Demonstrates flexibili ty to work in required shifts.
- 5 Day Work from Noida Office
