ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Front End Developer will be responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture and ensuring the responsiveness of applications. You should be a team player with a knack for visual design and comfortable with development using agile methodology. Exposure to DevOps, test driven development is desirable.

Architect and Design Client-side projects resulting in robust, scalable and resilient front-end

Write efficient and performant code using Vue ( Vuex and Vue Router) and React ( Redux, React Router)

Build Automation test cases using Cypress

Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

Support feature deployment through CI/CD pipeline

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

Write technical documentation

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Front-end technologies

Extensive knowledge of Veu.js React.js JavaScript frameworks

Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux

Experience developing desktop and mobile applications. Familiarity with common stacks

Familiarity with working in CI/CD development environment using Jenkins, Jira and BitBucket.

Familiarity with databases (Postgres SQL), web servers, and UI/UX design

Working experience of Swagger / Post Master

Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

Experience working on automation testing preferably using Cypress

Experience working in DevOps and Agile environments. Preferably conversant with Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, Great attention to detail

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering

Familiarity with Capital Markets, Asset Management Domain will be an advantage
