As an ITAM Manager you will lead IT asset management work within our Cloud Operations practice, focusing on software asset management, license tracking, tool implementation, and lifecycle planning for client environments. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach junior staff, and manage workstreams by breaking down complex issues, setting clear priorities, and keeping delivery aligned to client needs and timelines. In this role at PwC, you will help shape managed services delivery through software asset governance, discovery and inventory analysis, contract review, renewal support, and identification of opportunities to improve asset visibility and usage across the technology landscape.

• Leading software asset management workstreams across enterprise environments, guiding license compliance, usage tracking, and renewal readiness
• Managing teams through SAM tool implementation, data validation, and integration of discovery sources such as ServiceNow, Flexera, and SAMPro
• Reviewing software contracts, entitlement records, and licensing positions to identify compliance gaps and cost reduction opportunities
• Developing and refining hardware and software asset lifecycle processes to support governance, savings, and risk mitigation
• Coordinating license cost benchmarking activities and preparing recommendations for improved technology utilization
• Directing project scope, timelines, and deliverables for managed services engagements focused on IT asset management
• Coaching team members on SAM processes, cloud operations, and Service Management and Operations methods
• Identifying opportunities to improve operating models, automation, and application rationalization through analytical review of asset data
• Communicating findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders to support decision making and service delivery

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of experience in ITAM / SAM
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• IT asset management certification supporting ITAM governance and lifecycle management
• ServiceNow, Flexera, or SNOW certification in managed service delivery
• Leading software asset management transformations across enterprise environments
• Managing software license compliance, renewals, and entitlement positions
• Developing cloud operations knowledge across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Mentoring teams on SAM processes, tools, and compliance
• Communicating technical recommendations to clients and stakeholders
