As a Workday Finance Senior Associate you will provide consulting services for Workday finance applications, analyze client requirements, implement software solutions, and support training that helps clients use these applications effectively within our Finance Technology - Workday FINS ERP practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, mentor junior team members, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context while growing your technical skills and professional brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on helping clients improve financial reporting, streamline finance processes, and use Workday finance capabilities to support their business objectives.

• Analyzing client finance requirements and translating them into Workday Finance solution designs
• Configuring Workday Financial Management, Financial Reporting, and Adaptive Planning capabilities to support client operating models
• Supporting implementation workstreams for financial processes, reporting structures, and transaction flows across the solution lifecycle
• Interpreting business and technical inputs to identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities
• Developing test scenarios, validating system behavior, and documenting issues for resolution
• Preparing functional deliverables, process maps, and solution documentation to support client adoption
• Mentoring junior team members on configuration tasks, problem solving, and deliverable development
• Building client relationships by responding to questions, explaining solution impacts, and anticipating project needs
• Applying accounting and financial reporting knowledge to align system setup with finance transformation objectives

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications in Financial Management, including Workday Financials, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Expenses, or related finance platform credentials
• Demonstrating Workday Finance configuration experience across client deliverables
• Translating finance processes into practical Workday solutions and recommendations
• Interpreting financial data to inform client insights and actions
• Guiding junior team members through complex client workstreams
• Building client relationships while navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
