What You Can Expect :

Customer & Overseas Co-ordination.

• Arranging bookings from carriers / overseas agent
• Job opening in RA1
• Container / shipment tracking
• Handling escalations
• Shipment follow up till delivery as per our scope of work and timely update to customer
• Timely releasing of DO and sharing DSR as per customer’s requirement
• Timely invoicing.
• Job closing in RA1.
• MIS closing with accounts on monthly basis
