Business Development Manager/Executive

Position -Business Development Manager/Executive Employment Type -Permanent, Full Time Education Requirements:Graduate or Post graduate in any discipline Experience –Fresher OR 3-4 Years (in water product sales - sanitary fittings, filtration, heating, pumps, treatment, etc.) Location –Hyderabad or Bengaluru or Chennai (fieldwork) Must Key Skills –B2B Sales/ B2C Sales/ Channel sales/Retail Sales/Project Sales/ frequent traveler mandatory Immediate Joiner- (within 30 Days) Schedule:Day shift KEY Responsibilities: Develop and support retail sales and focus on business and its growth in the region Business development in market with B2B and B2Cclients Dealer/channel management in Bath and Kitchenand water segment Organizing Events and Training of all stakeholders Liaising with central customer service, marketing and technical service Visiting Channel partners or customer sites to understand feasibility of products Follow up on all leads generated through various sources – dealers, architects, designers, developers, etc. Sales/implementation where necessary to build client relationships Preparation/review of weekly/monthly MIS Order Management and Dispatch Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes Preparation /updation of product, company and specific sales or technical presentations Coordination with back office for logistics/supply of material Conduct training sessions for dealers and architect firms Keep up to date on product information and the recent trends in the industry Requirements ● Strong organization and planning ability ● Customer relationship and development ● Execution excellence ● Communication excellence both written and verbal– English, Hindi and local language– High level of fluency in English ● Presentation skills – develop and make presentations ● Channel development and management capability– Preferred channel experience with Sanitary or Water solution products ● Understanding of after sales service, spares and technical management ● A demonstrated capability in flawless and timely execution is a key requirement for the role ● Essentially an individual contributor role with support from vendors and service providers Benefits ● Health insurance ● Performance and efforts-based incentives ● Travel expenses as per policy
