Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

Work closely with both the Rooms and Food & Beverage Divisions to execute their uniform programs.

Supervise and manage daily laundry operations.

Lead, train, and mentor laundry staff members.

Monitor work quality and ensure all items meet established standards and customer specifications.

Develop and implement efficient workflows.

Manage inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Track and report on key performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and labor costs.

Communicate effectively with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues

Conduct regular staff training on proper techniques, safety procedures, and company policies

Responsible for maintaining Uniform Budgets

Professionally handle guest feedback or concerns with guest laundry program

Organization of the measuring and sizing of colleagues for uniforms

Conducting coaching sessions and performance reviews of Laundry & Valet Team

Preparing the quarterly Linen Inventories

Conducting monthly communication meetings

Promoting of Laundry and Valet accomplishments

Tracking of uniforms for all new hires and implementing an effective return policy

Maintaining a safe and hazard free work environment.

Experience in laundry operations or a similar supervisory role

Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams

Strong knowledge of laundry processes, textile care standards, and equipment operation

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in quality control and attention to detail

Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with inventory management and basic budget oversight

Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
