Node.js / TypeScript – application & API troubleshooting

AWS – MSK / Kafka, Apache Flink, OpenSearch, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3, AWS IOT Core

AWS CDK – TypeScript, CloudFormation, deployments

GitLab / CI-CD, Jira

Production incident management and RCA

Monitor production health and alerts.

Troubleshoot and resolve L2 application/AWS issues.

Perform RCA and implement approved fixes.

Support deployments and infrastructure changes through CDK.

Coordinate with L3, AWS Support and client teams.

Maintain incident reports and runbooks.

Provide backup L2 support during the primary owner's absence.
