Learning & Development

Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development strategy and training calendar.

Identify training needs through Training Need Analysis (TNA), performance reviews, audits, and departmental discussions.

Coordinate and facilitate induction programs for all new Heartists.

Conduct soft skills, customer service, leadership, and behavioral training programs.

Maintain training records, attendance, and monthly training reports.

Talent Development

Support succession planning and talent pipeline development.

Coordinate management trainee, internship, and cross-exposure programs.

Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for high-potential employees.

Coach and mentor employees to support career growth.

Compliance & Brand Standards

Ensure completion of mandatory compliance, hygiene, safety, and prevention trainings.

Monitor adherence to Accor Learning Programs and brand standards.

Support internal and external audits related to training and development.

Employee Engagement

Organize employee engagement activities, learning campaigns, and recognition programs.

Promote a learning culture through workshops, webinars, and digital learning platforms.

Partner with department heads to improve employee productivity and engagement scores.
