Pre-Production Engineer

Experience: 1–3 Years Role Summary: We are looking for a Pre-Production Engineer with experience in modular furniture to support design planning, material selection, and manufacturing readiness for kitchens and wardrobes. Key Responsibilities: Plan and improve designs for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and related furniture Assess design feasibility based on materials, finishes, and client requirements Coordinate with production and purchase teams for design viability Prepare 2D/3D drawings, cut lists, and Bills of Material Work closely with visualizers and manufacturing teams Ensure designs are practical, trend-aligned, and production-ready Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering 1–3 years of experience in modular furniture / shop drawings / BOM & BOQ Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, ProE, or similar) Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes Good coordination, communication, and Excel skills
